GENERAL JOHN SINGLAUB (Ret.)
was for years a CIA and DOD specialist in terrorism, subversion, guerila warfare, and psy-ops. During Vietnam, he worked with SHACKLEY and COLBY. He was fired for insubordination by Carter in 1976 over an incident involving South Korea.

Throughout the 80s he served as chairman of the World Anti-Communist League, a global network of Nazis, fascists, and right-wing spooks devoted to mass slaughter financed through drug dealing. He was key player in the Iran-Contra "private" pipeline, meeting with Latin American leaders and generals as an official emissary of President Reagan.
